Loss of Items
Items bought by Sell-DVDs.com are subject to a shipment contract. You, the user, retains all ownership and risk of loss for an item until it is in our possession. Ownership and risk of loss transfers to Sell-DVDs.com once it has been delivered to us by a carrier.
